Scary stuffed animals

We went to the Harvard Museum of Natural History today. This part of museum is filled with taxidermy specimens which were interesting but a little repetitive (I mean, how many Jerboas do you need in one museum) and it all smelled like mothballs. My sister overheard that part of the insect collection was actually eaten by insects. They also have a collection of glass flowers that look just like flowers down to the smallest detail. It is hard to explain and photograph so just go see it if you happen to be in the area.
